Frequently Asked Questions

Any student who feeds into Eastlake High School may play for Eastlake Lacrosse. As of 2023/2024 school year, the following schools are feeders into Eastlake High School: Alcott Elementary, Blackwell, Elementary, Carson Elementary, Margaret Mead Elementary, McAuliffe Elementary, Smith Elementary, Dickinson Elementary (part), Evergreen Middle School (part), and Inglewood Middle School. If your student is home schooled or attends a private school (that does not have a lacrosse program) and you reside in the Eastlake community, you likely can play for us.

Lacrosse is a Spring sport. The season starts in February and ends in June. Registration opens on November 1st and close when a team is full. At that time we will open a waitlist.

Eastlake Lacrosse provides other activities throughout the rest of the year, including high school Strength and Conditioning Training.

The K-2nd grade teams will practice 1-2 times a week and the 3rd-8th grade teams will practice 2-3 times a week. Games are on Saturdays.

High School teams practice 5-6 days per week with 2-3 games every week. 

USA Lacrosse is the national governing body for the sport of lacrosse. Your USA Lacrosse membership provides insurance coverage which is required by Eastlake Lacrosse. Also, being a USA Lacrosse member provides many other benefits. See https://www.usalacrosse.org/membership for more information.

Yes! We added high school girls in 2019 and youth girls in 2021.
